Starting Veterans Day 2011, the National Financial Educators Council is providing a free, proven military financial literacy program to organizations that serve veterans and active duty military personnel.

The Military Financial Literacy Program is dedicated to improving the lives of over 100,000 military personnel, veterans, and military families.
The NFECs' Military Financial Literacy Program was developed as part of the Revive the American Dream Movement, to empower military service members to achieve financial success.

NATIONAL FINANCIAL COUNCIL SERVES THE MILITARY

Qualified organizations can receive the National Financial Educators Council's comprehensive Military Financial Literacy Program for free.

The program includes financial education training coursework, tests, student guides, Military Money Skills Workshop, Money XLive virtual learning center videos, and more. The end result is financial confidence and relief from stress about money.

According to attendees from test-sessions, NFEC's military financial literacy program provided critical training on saving for retirement, debt reduction, and how to avoid or recover from financial pitfalls. Understanding money management not only alleviates the financial strain in the lives of military families, it can alleviate stress in marriages and in military families overall.

HOW YOU CAN QUALIFY FOR MILITARY FINANCIAL LITERACY

To qualify for the complete Military Financial Literacy Program, organizations must currently be serving active duty military service members or veterans, and provide free military money skills training.

Recipients of the complete National Financial Educators Council military financial literacy program must also commit to raising awareness about financial illiteracy among military service members and their families.
